The Department of Labor has issue new ruling regarding harassment in the work place

The Department of Labor Has issued new rules regarding Harassment in Apprenticeship Programs, this rule appplies to all persons involved with Apprenticeship, including but not limited to, Instructors, Supervisors, Foreman, Journeymen, co-workers etc.

10 STUDENTS TO HOLD A CLASS 

ALL OSHA 30, EM 385 1-1 24HR FALL PROTECTION FOR COMPETENT PERSON AND FOREMAN TRAINING CLASSES MUST HAVE MINIMUM OF 25 STUDENTS TO HOLD A CLASS UNLESS APPROVED BY THE TRAINING DIRECTOR
